It acts as a respelling of “journey,”. The second that baby enters the world, their life is going to be nothing but an adventure.

The Journée

Moving back to South Florida during the pandemic was one of the best things I ever did for my mental and physical health. If I’m being real, NYC was stressing your girl out! And TBH, fight yourselves in the comments if you must, but NYC is a 2-3yr living situation at best (my opinion).

Unfortunately, with the current rent crisis in the US, many of us are being forced from our cities, to surrounding suburbs. However, if its available to you, remote workers, looking for a new job, etc…why not just move to another city that can really give you the lifestyle you’re used to or want, at a cheaper price point. At least consider it.

Just like when I moved to SFL, I’ve made a list of cities id consider, must haves, deal breakers, etc. I have spent the last 6 months traveling to those cities, living like a local and tourist simultaneously. I am opting to “date the cities” and see if its really giving what I am looking for instead of jumping in and making a mistake that I wouldn’t be able to undo for whatever lease terms. My list consists of 10cities, made it to 5 so far, and have 5 to go. Sharing my likes, dislikes, the vibes, food scene, e shops and co-working space-because I refuse to be isolated and my life partner cant meet me in my house, apartments vs houses, cities vs suburbs, and some key take aways for anyone considering a move to any of these cities. Im not a realtor or a rich girl,  just a girlie who is delusional af who knows what she wants exists SOMEWHERE, and has an aversion to the word “no” or lack mindset.
